You are the key coordinator who proactively manages maintenance, solves issues, and ensures the fleet is always ready to take off safely.

RJC provides maintenance services for aircraft with up to 150 passengers, specializing in Embraer aircraft maintenance. We are part of the AF/KL group, responsible for performing Line Maintenance on KLM Cityhopper at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and for other regional airlines.
Team Duty Maintenance Supervisor (DMS)
As a DMS, you are part of the Aircraft Maintenance team and responsible for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for our clients' fleet. You work in day, evening, and night shifts (24/7). Your role is to ensure that aircraft are delivered to clients on time and safely, coordinating with various departments and engaging directly with the client (KLC) about fleet status and maintenance forecasts.
What will you be doing?
In the position of Duty Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for:
• Coordinating, supervising, and directing maintenance activities in our hangar and at Schiphol-East.
- Functionally managing aircraft maintenance colleagues, ensuring the team is deployed efficiently and effectively
- Ensuring that work is conducted safely and in accordance with occupational health and safety standards
- Holding daily meetings with our client (KLC) and the team about fleet status and maintenance forecasts. Together, you set priorities and adjust planning based on current insights
- Making decisions about the execution of maintenance tasks, adapting quickly when urgent work arises, and ensuring the right skills are available
- Overseeing compliance with safety regulations, procedures, and EASA Part 145 legislation
- Closely monitoring and documenting the progress and status of projects and the fleet.
Job requirements
As a Duty Maintenance Supervisor, you are customer-focused, solution-oriented, and maintain an overview, even in stressful situations. You are involved in operations and stay up-to-date with what’s happening. Additionally, you are capable of making quick and effective decisions.
You also have:
- Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch, spoken and written.
- A big plus if: you have experience as a (lead) Aircraft Maintenance Technician/Engineer.
